For the past two years, Erinn Lampert from Mario’s Hairstyling & Barber (Brunswick, OH) has organized and co-hosted a Cut-A-Thon and fundraiser along with Saint Ambrose Parish in Brunswick, OH.
Erinn is a Hair Donation Specialist for Wigs For Kids, a stylist who harvests ponytails from generous donors to be used in our hand-tied hairpieces for children experiencing medical related hair loss.
Erinn shared, “I grew up in a family that was involved in always giving back. Working with some of my clients that are children with hair loss or who wanted to donate their hair to help others, I decided that I wanted to host an event that would raise awareness, collect hair donations, and funds. I want to help Wigs For Kids further their mission of serving children with medical related hair loss. Giving back to others is very important to me.” Thanks to Erinn’s efforts, both ponytails and monetary donations have been collected to sustain our mission, allowing us to continue to provide high quality hairpieces to children in need at no cost to their families. In addition to helping others, her partnership with Wigs for Kids has also helped grow her clientele.
