Gracelyn is 11 years old and in the sixth grade. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2019, and due to chemo and radiation experienced hair loss. Thankfully, this courageous and brave child is in remission and tumor free.
Gracelyn received a wig from Wigs for Kids. Gracelyn bravely and confidently embraced her hair loss, but her mother Heather shared she jumped up and down with a huge smile on her face when the wig arrived. Heather stated that the wig gave Gracelyn more confidence and helped her to feel even more beautiful than she already was.
Gracelyn plays the trombone in her middle school band. Her favorite subject is science. She loves anything arts and crafts, and is a huge Marvel fan!
Gracelyn’s mom Heather stated “God is within her and she will not fail.” Psalms 46:5. Wigs for Kids is grateful to have served Gracelyn, helping her to feel beautiful both inside and out.
