Michaela, a student at Westerly High School in Rhode Island, has decided to raise funds for Wigs For Kids for her senior project, because she believes every child should feel confident and have good self esteem.
Michaela is hosting an event on Thursday February 13th offering cuts, stylings, and waxing at discounted prices, with proceeds to benefit Wigs For Kids.
Fundraisers like Michaela’s help Wigs For Kids to provide hand-tied hairpieces to children experiencing medical hair loss at no cost to their families. Each year, we help hundreds of children regain their confidence while dealing with medical issues.
