To celebrate the grand opening of a new Dunkin’ store (Westlake, OH), Wigs For Kids was chosen to receive a $4,000 donation from the Dunkin’ Joy In Childhood Foundation. This was a collective decision by the management. They shared, “We believe that Wigs For Kids’ mission aligns closely with the values and goals of our Foundation. We are inspired by how their programs and services directly impact children. Making a positive difference at a very difficult time in their lives.” Even mascot Sprinkles joined the celebration!
The Dunkin’ Joy In Childhood Foundation was established in 2006, to provide the simple joys of childhood to children battling hunger or illness. The Foundation’s goal is to help children feel like children, even on their most difficult days. To date, the Foundation has granted more than $25 million to hundreds of national and local charities. We are thankful that they chose Wigs For Kids to help spread joy to the children we serve!
