Note: If you still cannot find a Certified Service Provider or hair replacement center in your area, please visit the American Hair Loss Council Directory.Introduce yourself as a Wigs For Kids applicant, and confirm their willingness to assist with measurements and fitting/styling of your child’s hairpiece once your application is approved. You will need the following information:
Note: Wigs For Kids will provide the stylist with the tools necessary to properly fit and help your child maintain their hairpiece. Once your application is approved, we will ship the necessary Measurement Packet to you.
Once your stylist is identified, contacted, and confirmed, complete and submit the online application.
