The National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) invites individuals, families, friends, and supporters to participate in the 4th Annual Walk For Alopecia®, a nationwide event dedicated to raising awareness, building community, and supporting those affected by alopecia areata. Participants can join at flagship walk locations in Boston, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, attend one of more than 40 volunteer-led community walk sites, or participate virtually by walking in their own neighborhood.
According to NAAF, the Walk For Alopecia® brings together thousands of people living with hair loss and their supporters to shine a light on alopecia areata, foster connection, and advance awareness of this autoimmune condition. More than 4,500 participants took part in community walk events across the country last year.
This event may be of interest to members of the broader hair loss community seeking opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences and to support awareness efforts nationwide.
