Located in Boulder City, Nevada’s Historic Bicentennial Park – thirty minutes from the Las Vegas strip and 15 minutes from Hoover Dam – the Best Dam Barbecue is an event you don’t want to miss!
This two day fun-filled event has become a tradition for thousands of guests and barbecue challengers – many of whom travel in from California, Arizona, Utah and Montana to participate.
The Best Dam Barbecue Challenge is held each Memorial Day Weekend – and this year stylist Sherrill Graff of Creative Hair & Nails will be hosting a Cut-A-Thon at the event from 3 to 4 PM on Friday, May 23 to benefit Wigs For Kids. Sherrill has been sharing her time and talents with Wigs For Kids for over 5 years, cutting donation ponytails as a Hair Donation Specialist, and last year underwent training to serve our recipient children as a Certified Service Provider.
The Best Damn BBQ event is the primary fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Boulder City, and is free to the public.
