April 18-20, Wigs For Kids at America's Beauty Show

Attention all stylists!  Join thousands of beauty industry professionals for three days of education, inspiration, and community at one of the largest stylist events in North America, America’s Beauty Show.

Wigs For Kids will be sponsoring a lounge where stylists can learn more about Wigs For Kids volunteer stylist programs.  Stylists can schedule time to meet with Wigs For Kids staff to get to know our:

• Hair Donation Specialist Program (HDS). HDS stylists ensure every donation cut meets our requirements.  They carefully section the hair for harvesting, to be transformed into free-of-charge hairpieces for children living with medical hair loss.  Proper harvesting is crucial to helping our recipients feel confident as they navigate the world.

• Certified Service Provider Program (CSP). CSP stylists work hands-on with our recipient families, guiding them through the process of measurement for their hairpiece, selection of color and length, and styling and upkeep once the hairpiece has been created.  They get to know the families on a child’s hair loss journey and offer support through the process of ordering and creating each personalized hair replacement system.
