We are excited to be gearing up for our annual Wigs for Kids Day – this day is a celebration of our recipients, our hair donors, salon and stylist partners, and those who give generously throughout the year.
Wigs for Kids Day 2019 is July 20. In the greater Cleveland area, we have an event at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo which features a 5K Run/1-Mile Fun Walk and a Cut-a-thon. It is truly a day filled with fun and inspiration.
Recognizing Wigs for Kids is a national non-profit and reaches far beyond where its headquarters are located we want to give everyone the opportunity to be involved. So this year we have created opportunities for involvement. For individuals we are encouraging virtual runs, neighborhood fundraisers, and providing the opportunity to be a supporter through a financial donation. For every supporter of $100 or more you will receive a Wigs for Kids Day t-shirt that you can proudly wear.
We are fortunate to have many partners and are excited to share in the very near future some of the amazing activities that they are planning for Wigs for Kids Day 2019.
