Two-Year-Old Rocks Her New Hairpiece

This month, we’re sharing a note from our friend Svetlana that made our day! Svetlana’s two-year-old daughter, Gianna, received her hand-tied Wigs For Kids hairpiece, and she wanted to make sure we shared her gratitude with you. 

Dear Wig For Kids team,

We wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing Gianna a wig. It is a huge help in providing us some normalcy. We personally had never heard of this condition prior to our daughter’s diagnosis. So it was a big shock and confusion. It was very devastating and hard to accept. Although she doesn’t understand why she doesn’t have any hair, she knows that she is still beautiful. We still have hope that one day her hair will grow back. Until then we have a beautiful wig that helps us go through it one day at a time.

Thank you for having such an amazing heart! We are so very thankful for your generosity! Our little girl wears your hair with pride! She absolutely loves it and looks like a doll! You have given me the desire to grow out my own hair so I can also donate it!
