Hair stylists , community partners, and hair donors join forces to positively impact children’s lives. Erinn Lampert from Mario’s Hairstyling & Barber, and a Hair Donation Specialist for Wigs for Kids organized and co-hosted a Cut-A-Thon and fundraiser along with Saint Ambrose Parish in Brunswick, OH.
Thanks to their efforts 10 individuals donated their hair, and $1,600 was raised. The event hosted Chance Raffle baskets, a 50/50 Raffle, and balloon designs by BoBella Designs
Mary Jo Halenar, Special Projects Coordinator at St. Ambrose Parish stated ““Saint Ambrose was a proud co-sponsor of a Wigs for Kids Cut-A-Thon on August 13th. This was the first time we had hosted this event and were beyond thrilled from both our parish community and Brunswick community for the support we received. Saint Ambrose will once again host this event on August 18, 2024.”
