A New Way to Get to the Root of the Hair Loss Problem

If you had thinning hair or scalp irritation that wouldn’t quit, where would you go to seek help? Maybe you’d visit a dermatologist or purchase countless hair products to try to fix the problem. Chances are you probably wouldn’t make an appointment with a trichologist.

In fact, you may be wondering what a trichologist is! If so, you aren’t alone.

Trichology is the study of the health of your hair and scalp to better determine the causes of hair fallout, hair breakage, and hair thinning. While trichology is relatively new to the United States, it’s popular in other parts of the world like Europe and South America where people go to trichologists – experts who are trained in the study of the hair and scalp – when they have hair problems.
