• You will receive extensive training on the products available to children. Special training sessions will be held at the Wigs for Kids center in Rocky River, Ohio.
• A psychologist will provide sensitivity training. This training concerns the issues that the child, the parent or guardian, and the family are facing.
• You will receive step-by-step training on the consultation procedure, including technical issues and emotional needs.
• You will receive hands-on training regarding the hair replacement system.
• You will discover alternatives to the hair replacement system.
• You will learn how to run a Wigs for Kids Affiliate and how to handle operation and administrative issues.
• You will learn how to market your work with Wigs for Kids and how to work with the media.
• You will learn how to reach out to the public and provide services in hospitals.
• You will receive training on how to reach children in schools and provide services in schools. This also includes administering an art program.
• You will discover how to hold a variety of Wigs for Kids fundraisers. 
• You will receive 100% support in your efforts to help Wigs for Kids.
